Q. Do you have a call out charge?
A. No, hourly rate will be quoted on contact. The clock starts when we start work.

Q. Do you repair boilers, are you Corgi registered?
A. No, at this time we are not yet Corgi registered. This means, although we can often provide a subjective opinion, by law we cannot work on any gas services.

Q. Do you repair Saniflo?
A. We will install a new unit for you. We do not dismantle and repair faulty units.

Q. Do you have insurance?
A. Yes we are fully insured.

Q. Do you offer a guarantee?
A. Yes our work is guaranteed.

Q. What are your operating hours?
A. Monday to Friday 08.00am til 19.00pm. Saturdays 08.00am til 16.00pm. Obviously subject to availability.
